This is based on the actual local conditions and the individual size for optimization, helping the investors obtain the optimum economic results. Our company undertakes the full responsibility on turn-key basis to design process, install & commission the equipment line as well as train operators and maintenance personnel until satisfying the performance targets and the production line.
Features of 50-500t/h Crushing and Screen Turnkey Plant:
1. The quality of the rocks produced on this production line meet China National Standard GB 14685-2001.
2. This production line can integrate with preparation equipment, which can process the sand up to China National Standard GB 14684-2001.
3. The particle of the finished products may be either mixed or graded into different sizes according to customer's requirement.
4. The installation can be stationary, semi-traveling or truck loading type.
5. The line installation proper may be configured by consisting of Vibration feeder, Jaw crusher, Cone Crusher or Impact Crushers, or Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher, Circular Vibration Screens, Belt conveyors and Central Control system etc.
6. Complete set of dust removal system can be incorporated to ensure environmental protection.
