The sand washing machine is designed and made to meet the needs of dewatering, washing and classifying. It is widely used in the areas of mining, highway, construction, irrigation works etc.

Washer Tube
1) Fabricated with thick gauge steel
2) Close-clearance curved plate runs entire length of shaft
3) Adjustable weirs for out of level conditions
4) Spherical-roller rear grease bearing(s)
Feed Box
1) Internal and external baffles to deaden feed velocities
2) Provide uniform slurry mixture for maximum product retention
Conveyor Shaft
1) Helical spiral segments

Wear Shoes
