Description of Cone Crusher:
Cone crusher is perfect for crushing mid-hard and above mid-hard rocks, with easy adjustment and less operating cost. Based on US advanced crusher technology, we have produced the cone crusher which represents the domestic leading technology level.
Features of Cone Crusher:
1. The percentage of line graininess is much higher due to better crushing frequency and eccentric distance.
2. Thanks to its long force arm, this crushing machine will provide great crushing force for you. For the longer the force arm, the greater the crushing impact moment. In addition, the main shaft represents the long force arm, with the functions of reducing eccentric bearing loads, lowering bearing temperatures and prolonging bearing life.
3. The superior crushing force and free flow of material make the cone crusher have high frequency which means lower power consumption.
4. The producing capacity is greatly improved due to its large head displacement. With large eccentricity and proper head angle, it has a displacement volume unmatched by any other cone crusher.
5. As an overload protection system, the special spring release system allows tramp iron to pass through the crushing cavity without damaging the crusher. Different from old style crushers, it can generate more opposition force. So the crushing force is even greater, which means more productivity.
6. The special hydraulic system can connect a portable hydraulic power unit to the hydraulic cleaning jack circuit. After the startup of the power unit, the cylinder rams raise the adjustment ring bowl and liner assembly away from the main frame, thus increasing the space in the crushing cavity and facilitating the cleaning.
